We were so lucky to have found Tim and Jenny for help planning our Disney vacation.  They helped to keep our party of 10, (including 7 kids) relaxed and able to enjoy our vacation.  They were so helpful, picking our restaurants, which were absolutely wonderful choices, and enjoyed by all!  We kept Jenny’s itinerary with us at all times.  It was a huge help to know which parks opened early and which ones would stay open late.  This made it much easier to plan our days.  I’d highly recommend this Disney team to anyone planning a magical trip.  Thanks again for all of your help!  –Melissa & Randy–

We recently returned from our first trip to Disney World, and a friend recommended Tim and Jenny to us.  We contacted them right away and within what only seemed like minutes, they had the ball rolling with quotes and other information.  I was a bit overwhelmed with all the Disney details I had been reading on the internet, so having them take charge of the travel planning made things much easier for us.  Also, when we needed to make changes to our reservations due to discount availability, they were very helpful and spent a lot of time on the phone with me discussing pros and cons of switching to other resorts.  They know about everything there, and I trusted their opinions.  They were always very responsive any time I had questions.  Jenny was fantastic with making our dining reservations as well.  We were traveling during the busy summer months, and I had some specific ideas in mind on where we wanted to eat and at specific times, and she got every single reservation we wanted.  We will go back again someday, and will use Tim and Jenny again for our next trip!  We have also referred them to two other friends who plan to go in the next year.  Thanks Tim and Jenny!  –Abby & Kevin–

WOW…..what an AWESOME time we had at Disney!!! From start to finish — literally from the time we left the airport in Indy until we arrived home in Indy —- it was such a smooth and enjoyable time. Tim and Jenny did a fantastic job arranging our fourth Disney trip in four years.  After planning and booking the previous trips on my own, it was nice to hand the reins over to someone who knew Disney and could take care of the details.  My friends, who had booked their own trip directly with Disney, also got Tim and Jenny involved in their reservation when they found out that discount opportunities became available.  Tim and Jenny helped them (and us) save hundreds of dollars by being aware of the discounts and converting the reservations as soon as the discounts were announced.  Additionally, we all got our first choice for dining reservations because Tim and Jenny were on the phone at 6 a.m. the first day we were able to book.  That alone, for me, was priceless.  Thanks, Tim and Jenny, for making our Disney vacation even more magical!  –Shannon and Tom–

Hi Tim and Jenny,
     I wanted to thank you both again for making our holiday trip a reality.  When we decided to set our sites on Disney I was at as total loss at what to do and where to go or stay.  Thanks to Phyllis we were able to put the job in your extremely capable hands.  Our flights were seamless, even the return trip after the Christmas security crisis.  Every other part of the trip was choreographed beautifully.  The Port Orleans Riverside was a wonderful family-oriented resort.  The meal plan was a great option considering we were at the resort at its busiest time.  Service was great and all the staff were extemely friendly and helpful.  The parks were even better than we had remembered.
There is no way we could have put this all together by ourselves.  We travel so rarely that having someone take the reins was an added gift.  It was also a challenge to consider traveling with anyone with special needs.  You both did a terrific job and we can’t thank you enough.
     We met a young couple traveling with three small children who had booked their trip on their own.  They ran into some great issues with finding restaurants available without very longs waits.  We let them know how we had used your services and are hoping they will take advantage of our advice to put everything in your capable hands for any future visits to Disney.  –Laura and Bill–

Tim and Jenny were wonderful helping us book a family trip to Disney World over Thanksgiving. This was the first visit to a Disney Park for all 12 of us. They had great suggestions for dinner reservations and due to some family emergencies they were able to add additional travelers to the reservation even while they were vacationing themselves. I will definitely recommend the Saylers to others and use them again for our next visit to Disney. The Mickey’s Backyard BBQ is a must attend if you have little ones. You get 2 hours of character (Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Chip & Dale) interaction and a good buffet of ribs, chicken etc. Thanks again Tim and Jenny..you made our trip wonderful. –Paul and Candi–

We had a wonderful time yesterday at the Beach Club Resort.  Our view was gorgeous, we had wine on the balcony, the treats for being on the concierge level were well worth the money.  We loved that everything was so close to the resort area (walk to Epcot, boat to Hollywood Studios, boardwalk across the water, could see Epcot fireworks from pier).  When we checked out at 5am this morning, it was so nice to have them handle our bags to the airport and take the bus directly to the airport.  Everything worked out very well.   I didn’t want to leave.  Thanks for setting all of this up for us! –Melissa–

We had an awesome anniversary trip to WDW after dropping off our last child at college.  Tim & Jenny took care of our Polynesian Resort stay – everything was completely ready for us when we arrived!  They booked our dinner reservations and got us on the Disney Dining Plan which made all of our food come free of charge.  We had so much food that we were never hungry.  They also gave us a daily itinerary and several profitable tips!  This was absolutely our best trip ever to WDW and we highly recommend that you you use Tim & Jenny to simplify planning your trip.    –Barb & Brian–

Since we live in Belgium, going to Walt Disney World is a huge deal for us. I was looking for somebody to help us book the hotel and everything around it. After I had made my reservations through Disney, a friend referred me to Tim and Jenny.  I wish I had known about them before booking my trip.  They finished up all the details.  It was hassle free for me.  I did not have to make the dinner reservations, do an itinerary, or make sure our park tickets arrived on time.  They did it all for me. I wish I would have used them from the start.  I will be using them again when our family goes back to WDW.  I wonder if they can make the weather a little cooler for us while we are there. Tim & Jenny helped us plan our second wonderful trip to WDW!!! Their knowledge of the resorts and restaurants was great. We started planning back in fall 2008 and they kept watching for the best possible deals for our travel dates in June–not every travel agent will do that. Jenny made all our dinner reservations and even made some changes for us as we were en route to Florida. Their tips on how to get around to the various parks and attractions were awesome, and the itinerary that they provided was very helpful with all the times of the important things you don’t want to miss around WDW. Jenny and Tim were so helpful. Our trip planned by Tim & Jenny Sayler was wonderful.  We booked a 4 night stay at a Disney Resort and then booked a 3 night Disney Cruise.  This was our first Disney vacation as a family.  It went perfectly thanks to them.  They were great to work with and responded promptly to my e-mails.  They were very patient with us even with all of my last minute changes.  The neat thing is they keep watching the prices after you book and if they go down then they refund you the difference.    We will be using them again for our next Disney vacation.  –Scott and Lisa–

Planning for our family’s WDW trip in June was made so simple by Tim and Jenny. This was the first time we have gone as a family so we wanted to make the trip the best we could, and with their help it was.
